The Board of Ingersoll-Rand (India) at its meeting held on 17 December 2019 has approved the change in registered office of the company from 8th Floor, Tower D, IBC Knowledge Park, No. 4/1, Bannerghatta Main Road, Bengaluru 560 029 to First Floor, Subramanya Arcade, No. 12/1, Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru 560 029.
