Board of Intellvisions Software recommends dividend

Intellvisions Software announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended Dividend of 5% i.e. 0.50 paise per Equity Share for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2014.
