Board of IRB Infrastructure Developers to consider increase in limit of fund raising

The Board of IRB Infrastructure Developers will meet on 18 January 2021 to consider and approve increase in limit of raising of funds through various options including by way of issuance of debt securities, including non- convertible debentures, through permissible routes, in the onshore/offshore market, by public issue and/ or on private placement basis, subject to market conditions.
