Board of J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals approves buyback of share up to Rs 130 cr

The Board of J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals at its meeting held on 31 August 2018 has approved buyback of up to 33,33,333 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each by the company at a price of Rs 390 per share for a total consideration not exceeding Rs 130 crore.
