The Board of SORIL Infra Resources at its meeting held on 30 August 2018 has approved the proposal of raising fund, for diversification/ expansion of the existing and future businesses and to further augment the long-term financial resources of the Company and its existing/ future subsidiaries, by way of preferential offer and issue of an aggregate of upto 39,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each, at an issue price of Rs 539 (including a premium of Rs 529) per equity share, for cash consideration, aggregating upto Rs 210.21 crore to certain FPIs, registered with SEBI, in accordance with applicable SEBI Regulations.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
