Board of Jaihind Projects approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 30 May 2015

Jaihind Projects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015, inter alia, following matters;

1. Appointment of Devarj Arjnani, as a Non-Executive Independent director on the board of the Company.

2. Resignation of Pradyuman Tiwari, Whole-time director from the board of the Company.
