Board of Kabra Drugs approve change in directorate

At meeting held on 30 May 2015

Kabra Drugs announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:

1. The Board has approved re-appointment of Arvind Poal as a CFO and Compliance Officer of the Company.

2. The Board has approved appointment of Kusum Kabra as a Woman Promoter Director w.e.f. 30 May 2015.

3. The Board has approved appointment of Rajendra Boardia as an Independent Director w.e.f. 30 May 2015.

4. The Board has approved appointment of Shivaji Singh as an Independent Director w.e.f. 30 May 2015.
