Board of Jaiprakash Power Ventures approves resignation of directors

With effect from 27 June 2014

Jaiprakash Power Ventures announced that the Board (by way of Resolution by Circulation) has accepted the resignation of R K Narang from the Board as Director / Whole-time Director on completion of his tenure i.e. with effect from 27 June 2014 (AN) and the resignation of Suresh Chandra from the Board as Director / Whole-time Director w.e.f. 30 June 2014 (AN), due to their personal reasons.
