Jasch Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 May 2014, has resolved to appoint Naresh Kumar, IRS (Retd) as Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional) to hold office till the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
