Board of JMD Telefilms Industries recommends dividend

JMD Telefilms Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2014, inter alia, have recommended payments of dividend @ Re 0.05 paise per equity share of face value of Re 1 to members subject to approval of Members in Annual General Meeting.
