Board of Kansai Nerolac Paints recommends special dividend

Kansai Nerolac Paints announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2016, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity Share (i.e. 125%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
