Board of Kernex Microsystems (India) approves change in directorate and CEO

The Board of Kernex Microsystems (India) has appointed P Dinakara Rao (DIN:00009801) as Non-Executive Independent Director and Ashok Gopalrao Kalmankar, Independent Director as Chiarman of the Company. The Board has accepted resignation of Dr. Raju Narasa Mantena as Chairman of the company and continue as Director of the Company. The Board has accepted the resignation of K Krishnam Raju as Chief Executive Officer.
