Coal India offer for sale of shares

The President of India, acting through and represented by the Ministry of Coal, Government of India announced the offer for sale of equity shares to non-retail and retail investors. Such number of equity shares would be equivalent to 51% of equity shares sold pursuant to the offer subject to discount of upto 5% of the cut-off price in the retail category.
