Board of Kridhan Infra allots equity shares on conversion of warrants

At meeting held on 09 October 2015

Kridhan Infra announced that the holders of 1,50,000 warrants (Non Promoters namely Rajesh Rathi 7,50,000 warrants, Vishal Bhatia 50,000 warrants and Jay Adhvaryu 25,000 warrants) have exercised their rights of conversion of warrants into equity shares and accordingly the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 09 October 2015 have allotted 7,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up on account of conversion of 1,50,000 warrants (Post sub - division of the face value of equity shares from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/-, 1,50,000 warrants have become 7,50,000 warrants) into 7,50,000 warrants (in ratio of 1 equity shares for every 1 warrant held).

Further, holders of 2,00,000 warrants (Post sub-division 10,00,000 warrants) (Non Promoters namely Nishant lnbuilt 1,00,000 warrants and Manish Vyas 1,00,000 warrants) have not exercised their right of conversion of warrants into Equity shares on or before 09 October 2015( being the last date for conversion) and accordingly these 2,00,000 warrants (Post sub-division-10,00,000 warrants) have been cancelled and the 25% application money paid on these 2,00,000 (Post sub-division-10,00,000 warrants) warrants have been forfeited.
