At meeting held on 30 November 2015

KSS announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 November 2015 considered and approved the following -

Change in designation of Harsh Upadhyay from Non-Executive Independent Director to Executive Director with immediate effect.

Appointment of Lalit Joshi as an Additional (Independent) Director with immediate effect.
