Board of Kuberkamal Industrial Investments allots bonus shares
At meeting held on 13 December 2014
Kuberkamal Industrial Investments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 December 2014, have considered and approved the allotment of 42,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid up bonus shares in the proporation of 3 (Three) equity shares for every 1 (one) equity shares held to those shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members /Register of beneficiaries as Record date i.e. 12 December 2014.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
