Board of Kumaka Industries approves investment in Pinnacle Therapeutics
At meeting held on 06 July 2015
Kumaka Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 July 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:- Investment of Rs. 1,00,000/- for purchase of 10,000 Equity Shares of Pinnacle Therapeutics of Rs. 10/- each, so to make it Wholly Owned (100% Owned) Subsidiary of the Company.
