The Board of LGB Forge has approved the following detail pertaining to the proposed rights issue of face value of Re 1 each -Rights Entitlement Ratio - 588 equity shares for every 1000 equity shares held as on the Record Date.
Issue price per rights equity share - Issue price of Rs 3 for every rights equity share of face value of Re 1 each.
Size of Issue - 8,82,00,912 equity shares of Rs 1 each at a price of Rs 3 (including a premium of Rs 2) per rights equity share aggregating to Rs 26.46 crore.
Record date - 04 January 2019
