Board of M S Investments approves change in company name

At meeting held on 03 August 2015

M S Investments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted and/or approved the following:-

1. The Board considered and approved the change in Registrar of the Company from "Cameo Corporate Services" to "Purva Sharegistry (India)".

2. The Board considered and approved the Name change of the Company from M.S. Investments to Srestha Investments or such other name as made available by the statutory and regulatory bodies complying with the due procedures and regulations and subject to approval of all Statutory & Regulatory authorities and members of the Company.
