Magma Fincorp announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 August 2015 has taken on record the relinquishment of the office of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer by Kailash Baheti w.e.f. close of business hours on 01 August 2015. However, he will continue to be the Chief Strategy Officer of the Company.Further, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company the Board of Directors has appointed Shabnum Zaman presently designated as Deputy Company Secretary of the Company as the Company Secretary of the Company and Compliance Officer for Stock Exchange purpose with effect from 02 August 2015.
