Mangalam Drugs and Organics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following business :1. Appointment of Anuradha Sukhani as Additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from May 16, 2016. She will be Non executive - Independent Director of the Company.
2. Accepted the Resignation of Meenal Sukhani, Director of the Company with effect from the closure of Business hours on May 16, 2016. The Board has expressed its sincere thanks and placed on record its deep sense of appreciation and gratitude for the valuable services rendered by her during her tenure.
