Matra Realty announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business :1. Abhisek Kumar Sharma the Director of the Company has resign from office with immediate effect.
2. Bikash Kumar Tiwari has been appointed as an Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
