Mawana Sugars announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 July 2015 approved the following:1. Appointed Ashok Kumar Shukla, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 04 July 215 in place of Ritesh Jain in terms of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement.
2. Designated Ashok Kumar Shukla as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel), Rules, 2014 w.e.f. 04 July 2015.
