Max Heights Infrastructure announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 September 2015, has appointed Ashok Kumar Ahuja as an Additional Director (Independent Director) of the Company with immediate effect to hold office till the date of next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
