The Board of MIC Electronics at its meeting held on 24 July 2017 has appointed Vegiraju Bharatiraju (DIN - 06939066) as Additional Director of the Company with effect from 24 July 2017. The Board has accepted the resignation of Srinivasa Rao (DIN - 00014636) as Director of the Company with effect from 19 July 2017.
