MindTree announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 January 2015, have approved the Agreement to acquire the entire Ownership Interest in Discoverture Solutions LLC, a US based entity & also the agreement to purchase specified assets of Discoverture Solutions India, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Ground Floor, IDCO Plot No. E-48, Infocity, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneshwar, 751024, Odisha.This acquisition is an all cash transaction for $15 million, payable over 18 months and earn outs based on future revenue targets. This Agreement is subject to customary closing conditions and statutory/regulatory approvals.
