At meeting held on 14 February 2018
The Board of MT Educare at its meeting held on 14 February 2018 has approved the following subject to shareholders approval -Increase in authorised share capital of the company from Rs 52 crore to Rs 80 crore.
Approved preferential issue of upto 3.19 crore equity shares at a price of Rs 62.57 aggregating upto Rs 200 crore to Zee Learn.
