Board of MT Educare approves preferential issue of shares to Zee Learn

At meeting held on 14 February 2018

The Board of MT Educare at its meeting held on 14 February 2018 has approved the following subject to shareholders approval -

Increase in authorised share capital of the company from Rs 52 crore to Rs 80 crore.

Approved preferential issue of upto 3.19 crore equity shares at a price of Rs 62.57 aggregating upto Rs 200 crore to Zee Learn.
