Board of Mudit Finlease recommends dividend

Mudit Finlease announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 4% (Rs. 0.40 per equity share of Rs. 10 each) for the financial year 2013-14.
