Board of Networth Stock Broking approves change in directorate

At meeting held 01 December 2014

Networth Stock Broking announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 December 2014, inter alia, considered the following matters:

1. Appointed Vaibhav Shah as an Additional Executive Director of the Company for a period of one year w.e.f. 01 December 2014, subject to approval of members in the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

2. Appointed Mayukh Pandya and Shailesh Desai as an Additional Independent Directors of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. 01 December 2014 upto 30 November 2019, subject to approval of members in the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

3. Accepted resignation of Randhir Singh Sisodiya, Executive Director, Sanjay Motta, Mohit Agrawal and Praveen Toshniwal, Independent Directors from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. closing hours of 01 December 2014.

These appointments and resignations are subject to the necessary approval of regulatory authorities.
