Board of Page Industries approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 01 March 2022

The Board of Page Industries at its meeting held on 01 March 2022 has approved the transition of Sunder Genomal to the role of Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 1 June 2022; and appointment of V S Ganesh, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer as 'Managing Director' with effect from 1 June, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.
