At meeting held on 31 August 2015

Palred Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 August 2015, inter alia, the following were duly considered and approved:

1. Appointment of Richa Patnaik as Independent Director of the Company.

2. Resignation of E. Srinivasa Prasad as a Director of the Company.

3. Resignation of Haritha Varanasi as a Company Secretary of the Company.
