Board of Pankaj Polypack approves incorporation of subsidiary

At meeting held on 22 June 2016

Pankaj Polypack announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 22 June 2016, inter alia, considered and approved the following;

- To incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) Company as per the provisions of Section 7 read with Section 187(1) of The Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 17 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
