Board of Pithampur Poly Products appoints director

With effect from 17 May 2016

Pithampur Poly Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 May 2016, has appointed Balvan Pawar as additional Director of the company w.e.f. 17 May 2016 who shall hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company as Manoj Rathod who are proposed for appointment is not given his consent to act as director.
