The board of Pranavaditya Spinning Mills at its meeting held on 01 August 2018 has appointed Dr. Ashok N. Desai (DIN: 03609419) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of five consecutive years w.e.f. 1 August, 2018 subject to the approval of members of the Company.
