The Board of Praveg Communications (India) at its meeting held on 10 June 2021 has approved to seek shareholders approval for the Scheme of Arrangement between Praveg Communications (the transferor company) and Sword and Shield Pharma Now Praveg Communications (India) (the transferee company) and their respective shareholders and creditors (Scheme).
