Board of Prithvi Exchange (India) allots 27.49 lakh equity shares under bonus issue

At meeting held on 13 July 2019

The Board of Prithvi Exchange (India) at its meeting held on 13 July 2019 has allotted 27,49,883 equity shares of Rs 10/- each as fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of 1 (one) fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs 10/- each of the Company for every 2 (Two) fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs 10/- each held, to the members who are eligible to receive Bonus Equity Shares as on Record Date i.e. 12 July 2019 being the Record Date fixed for this purpose.

Consequent to the allotment of the said Bonus Equity Shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 8,24,96,500 divided into 82,49,650 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each as fully paid-up.
