Board of Radha Madhav Corporation allots equity shares

At meeting held on 02 August 2014

Radha Madhav Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 August 2014 transacted the following:

Approved allotment of 67,47,600 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each (Rupees Ten Only) at a subscription price of Rs. 21.80/- Equity Shares (inclusive premium of Rs. 11.80/- per Equity Shares) in pursuance of resolution for preferential issue passed by the members at the General Meeting held on 25 June 2014.
