Board of Raymond appoints director

At meeting held on 30 April 2014

Raymond announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2014, have approved the appointment of Nawaz Gautam Singhania as an Additional Director of the Company. She will act as a Non-executive Director of the Company.
