Board of Reliance Chemotex approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 10 February 2015

Reliance Chemotex Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2015, has transacted the following:

1. Shanker Shroff withdraw his Chairmanship from the Board.

2. Shanker Menon Non-Executive Director elected as Chairman of the Company.

3. Dipika Shroff appointed as Additional Director ( Women Director).

4. V. B. L. Mathur, Independent Director has resigned from Directorship.
