Board of Repco Home Finance allots equity shares under ESOS

At meeting held on 02 February 2015

Repco Home Finance announced that pursuant to the exercise of Employee Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, the Board at its meeting held on 02 February 2015 allotted 3,775 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each.

Subsequent to the allotment of Equity shares as above, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 623,545,970 representing 62,354,597 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
