Board of Ricoh India approves appointment of CFO and KMP

At meeting held on 12 December 2016

Ricoh India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 December 2016, have inter-alia considered and formally approved the appointment of Pooja Aggarwal as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company.
