Fortis Malar Hospitals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 December 2016, has approved the resolution for Shifting of Registered Office of the Company from the National Capital Territory of Delhi to State of Punjab effective 12 December 2016.The new address of the Registered Office is- Fortis Hospital, Sector 62, Phase - VIII, Mohali, Punjab - 160 062.
