Ritesh International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 April 2016, has approved the following:1. Resignation of Raj Kumar Sood as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2016.
2. Appointment of Rijul Arora as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2016.
3. Appointment of Devraj Angaria as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 01 April 2016.
