Rotam Commercials announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 June 2014 have approved the following -

Appointment of Santosh Mohite and Sayaman Fernandes as Additional Directors.

Resignation of Chandramohan Devdas Rao and Kamala Chandramohan Rao from the Board of the Company.
