Board of RPG Life Sciences approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 23 January 2015

RPG Life Sciences announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 January 2015, has appointed Sachin Nandgaonkar as a Non-executive Director in a casual vacancy caused by resignation of C. Vinayarghavan.
