Board of Saffron Industries appoints director and company secretary

The Board of Saffron Industries at its meeting held on 08 January 2020 has approved the appointment of Manoj Sinha as Whole Time Director of the company with effect from 08 January 2020. The Board also approved the appointment of Shrikant Rikhe as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company with effect from 08 January 2020.
