Board of Salzer Electronics accepts resignation of nominee director

At meeting held on 08 August 2015

Salzer Electronics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 August 2015, has approved resignation of Nominee Directors on the Board - P. Ramakrishnan & S. R. Swaminathan, following their nominations withdrawn by Larsen & Toubro in its letter dated 05 August 2015 in view of sale of its entire equity stake in the Company.
