The Board of Sanco Trans at its meeting held on 24 February 2018 has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Sanco Transport (Transferor Company), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sanco Trans, with Sanco Trans (Transferee Company) under Sections 230 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 as applicable with the appointed date of 01 March 2018.
