The Board of Sayaji Hotels at its meeting held on 14 November 2019 has approved the withdrawal of the composite scheme of amalgamation and arrangement between Sayaji Hotels ('SHL'), Ahilya Hotels ('AHL'), Sayaji Housekeeping Services ('SHKSL'), Sayaji Hotels (Pune) and Sayaji Hotels Management ('SHML') and their respective shareholders and creditors.
