Board of Shree Rama Newsprint allots Zero Coupon Bonds
At meeting held on 05 August 2015
Shree Rama Newsprint announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 August 2015, has transacted the following :- Allotment of 2,36,250 Zero Coupon Bonds (ZCBs) at a price of Rs. 1000/- per debenture to Bank of India on private placement basis.
